ICBC’s Low-Ball Offer Leads to Another Win for Preszler Injury Lawyers
In Choy v Stimpson, 2021 BCSC 1020, the plaintiff sustained injuries in two motor vehicle accidents. After the first accident, he experienced pains in his neck, upper back, and surrounding areas. He also had ongoing ringing in his ears, nausea, dizziness, and vertigo.
ICBC took a low-ball offer strategy with Mr. Choy’s claim, which forced the case to trial. Ultimately, the court awarded Mr. Choy more than four times the amount that ICBC said the claim was worth.
Congratulations to our deserving client and his counsel, Tyler Dennis.
