Due to the sensitive nature of this position, outstanding customer service and communication skills (both written and oral) are required. The ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, efficiently manage time, and pay keen attention to detail are essential skills for this position. Interested candidates should have strong organizational and clerical skills, and a genuine passion for advocating for the rights of community members who are not always able to advocate for themselves.
