Christopher McDougall
Christopher is a managing partner with Preszler Law BC.
Christopher was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. He attended the University of Guelph, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology and genetics. He subsequently attended the University of Victoria where he obtained his law degree.
Christopher is a conscientious but tough litigator who will treat you and your family with compassion and respect but will also fight diligently for your rights.
Prior to joining Preszler Law BC, Christopher practised at a prominent Victoria based law firm primarily in the area of personal injury. In that capacity he attended court regularly including conducting and appearing as co-counsel in numerous trials at the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of Yukon. He has also appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal. Some notable decisions include: Hawkins v. Espiloy, 2014 BCSC 1804, Michael v. Bayfield, 2014 BCSC 1602, University of Alberta v. Chang, 2012 ABCA 324.
When not practising law, Christopher enjoys mountain biking, running, the occasional triathlon and binge reading Jack Reacher novels.
