Evan earned his JD at Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in 2019 and was called to the BC bar in 2020.

Evan works exclusively for plaintiffs. He is an experienced litigator in motor vehicle accident cases, long-term disability denials, premises liability cases, and general negligence. Evan has argued cases before the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court, and BC Court of Appeal. He has extensive trial experience, appearing as trial counsel over 15 times in both judge and jury cases. He has also appeared as counsel on numerous chambers applications.
