Farzad Balandari
Farzad Balandari is a lawyer with the firm. He initially completed a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Economics at the University of British Columbia. He completed his J.D. at the University of Victoria, before moving back to the mainland and starting his articles with the firm.
During his time at law school, Farzad completed a Co-op at the Architectural Institute of B.C where he was involved with regulatory matters. In his last semester of law school, Farzad also attended the Law Centre where he provided representation to clients in Victoria who could not afford a lawyer in family law and criminal law matters.
Following his return to Vancouver., Farzad articled at Preszler Law and continues to work as an associate. He regularly appears before the B.C. Supreme Court on contested chambers applications and is routinely successful at trial. Some of Farzad's trials include:
Farzad is fluent in Farsi.
Away from the office, Farzad enjoys playing soccer, running, and spending time with his nieces and nephew.
